I ordered an Eglu Go Up. It was missing many pieces and was much smaller than advertised. Even though the Omlet email says “free and easy returns” I learned that does not apply to the US.
I paid hundreds of dollars in shipping to return the defective coop. Then I ordered the Eglu Cube. I was given one tracking number and told all of my coop would arrive Sunday. One box arrived. Omlet refused to provide any more tracking numbers or information.
Any suggestions to get actual customer service?
