The wooden ones are in one piece and rather large.

 

I like the look of the 2 piece plastic ones.

mmm, I dont know. They already have pictures done with the new shades but they might still have a load of green ones in stock to get rid of maybe? they might give purchasers the option?

He's right! I was looking to make something similar from plastic pipe fittings and rapidly lost interest.
