blood clot should I be worried or not cos I am a tad!

Recommended Posts

Ok, so Greedy my oldest Had her 1 year release heniversery in May, hasn't laid since approx October. Goes a bit quiet from time, sits hunched does a few 50p size yellow uncooked scrambled egg type poohs then of she toddles better.

WELL last week (after a couple of slightly iffy looking days)she laid a humungous lash & several bits. ( Photos on another post).

So last 2 days a bit iffy looking.

Last night 3 titchy little finger nail lashes over where she sleeps.

BUT she came out later than her pal(not unusual in itself & was roosting where her pal sleeps, AND her pal is prone to chucking out rthe odd softee...

However ther was a softee weghed between the bars with a bit of blood on it.

BUT under the softee is a 50p size clot with some splatters of watery blood around it and the reasonable poo under there too. (daily cleaned so know ots last nights)

Soo...... Who did it.

Greedy came out a bit hunched & fluffed, but is ok now.

Checked bums, both vents clean & no tell tale signs.

Greedy did her eggy pooh earlier, and someone just did an ok pooh.

Still waiting for more poo. (why takes so long when you want one!)

Don't know if it helps but if my girl lays softies and variations the others scoff them. When she's trying to lay one the others will peck her vent even if I use purple spray (just spent 3/4 hr guarding her) so it may be local damage especially if blood looks fresh :?
