Mrs Frugal
Love the black shoes on the far left front row! I've had those on my Amazon wish list for ages . Who bought those? Diane, I'll try to get in touch once the weather's improved a bit as we've got snow/ice forecast again next week and we saw a van upside down in a ditch on our way to Wakerley for a quick walk this morning. Scared ? Moi ? Yes .
Egluntyne
It would probably look better in more subtle colours and with a smaller pompom on top. Nooooooo.....I want one exactly like yours! I love it.
Omletina Kyckling
Kate, the black ones front row are mine!! All the shoes were £20, the short boots £25 and long boots £30!!
craftyhunnypie
Oh Cathy - I so want to steal your new green Docker boots! They are so fantastically cool! I am the same shade as them with envy! I also love the Minnie Mouse hat - just brilliant! I think I'd have fit in well with all your madness & wine drinking. So sorry to hear your news Omletina - but hope you enjoyed the company of good friends. Are you all sure you did some crafting ? & didn't just shop & booze? The Dogmother
I love the special hat Snowy I have one similar, but am not talented enough to have knitted it myself I'll try to remember to wear it next time we meet up. Omletina, may I have the details for the Doc Martens shop? I love them myself, but Rosie loves them even more and it's hard to get shoes which fit her square troll feet

Omletina, may I have the details for the Doc Martens shop? I love them myself, but Rosie loves them even more and it's hard to get shoes which fit her square troll feet I'm trying to work out the pattern Claret I need to get to that DM shop myself. I believe they are good for square troll feet, mine are the same! I had to buy a recent pair of boots from Clarks in size 5 instead of size 3 because the width was so skimpy Omletina had to get smaller sizes in the DMs as they are a tad more generous. Maybe we should have another get together there?
The Dogmother
Good call Snowy, shall I see when I'm free and drop you an email to see if we can meet up? Rosie now has bigger feet than me - she takes a 4, and hers are very wide, as opposed to my narrow feet. I have trouble getting her shoes to fit, which she considers 'cool' enough to wear, especially for school, wheer they have to wear 'proper' shoes. Do they have cake anywhere near there? Chook n Boo Mum
The last pair of DMs we had in our house were a darling little pair of purpley ones with pink & black hearts on & were DD's last pair of non-regulation school shoes.....after that they had to be boring black & easily done up...which these certainly weren't for the average 3/4 year old .....they looked fantastic when teamed with a ballet leotard & wrap with blond bunches though Sha x
A chickychickychick-ENN!!
Mitteny thingies: Fuzzy bracelet: Less fuzzy necklace: Hat. OH looked terrifying in it, so here it is in unwornness: Collar/scarf thingy: Fuzzy ring:
Snowy
OK, OK, here's my crafty results: Earrings courtesy of Couperwife: My loops leave a bit to be desired but hey, the beads are pretty! Felty goodness: Not sure what to do with it yet - I might just frame it The boys have tried to pinch my 'special' hat: I discovered today that sewing on pompoms whilst under the influence is not a good idea. I'd sewn it on inside out. So I've redone it tonight A ChickychickychickEnns fab pompom hat: Am just waiting for the video of the felting demo to upload.
