Space Chick
Well done on doing your homework done JJ, the sooner you get it all finished the sooner you can enjoy half term I have just had a cup of coffee and a Paradise Slice (Claret all things nice recipe) yum yum I am waiting for DHL to pick up my broken vax, they said any time between 9 and 5 - yeah thats helpful I need to do some things in the garden but if I do I won't hear the door going, its soooo frustrating
PurpleTree
Finally got the boy's clothes packed, Oliver kept trying to be helpful and I wasn't getting anywhere. He's fallen asleep on the sofa and I did in about 10minutes. Also discovered Daniel doesn't seem to have any trousers that fit him, I've only packed 2 so I hope he doesn't go jumping in muddy puddles while we're away. Best go 'do' the chickens. It's Dan's best friends party today after school, so won't be back until after dark.

clootie
If I'm not on here tomorrow at some point it will be because I have been eaten alive in the night by the plague of ladybirds that have decided to take up residence in every room in the house I have hoovered up around a gazillion of the little blighters only to turn my back for a second and they've sent for reinforcements. They are going to burst out of my hoover bag, call their mates, climb the stairs and descend on my bed in the wee small hours with their little black legs and wiggly feeler things to seek their revenge. Goodbye, it's been swell. I leave my chooks to you Debs, they've always wanted to be on tv.
Space Chick
Yikes Ladybirds are horrible things I read somewhere that they are the insects most prone to STD's a weird fact and I'm not entirely sure its true, but I've been put off them ever since. Good luck Clootie, I promise to give your girls a pampered lifestyle to fit their celebrity status if you need me to
