HENthusiastic
Hello fellow omletteers. Prepare to be OH has the day off work tomorow, we are trundling off to Sheffield, and after our trip to sheffield we thought we may as well pop into Stours poultry armed with cat boxes . We have lost a few girls from our field since we had it , so thought we should replace them. (we are obeying good sound chicken maths theory and only subtracting losses and forgetting all about additions!!! ) I am soo eggcited! HENthusiastic
We are going for 3 white stars. We had two; called Daisy, but sadly lost one a couple of weeks ago. Poor Daisy is left being the only white chook, so I'm sure she would like some white friends dont you think?? I am also secretly thinking we may just pop an extra girl or two in IF we see anybody particularly pretty Havent mentioned this to OH yet, but shes usually worse than me these days, so who knows who we will come home with. We've got accomodation available.

Egluntyne
The track up to the farm is rather challenging! Don't take the jag. It is a single track unmade road about a mile long and very muddy. There are a couple of passing places. It is like a scene from Heartbeat when you finally get there, but they know their chickens. HENthusiastic
Presenting: The Ambers and The Daisys We got them back in time for bed, so not got any other pictures yet apart from them still inm their baskets. Cant wait to see them tomorow. Manged the track ok, but very slowly . They have an amazing set up and a huge number of different breeds. The lady was a tad scary though didn't exactly encourage conversation or much inteeaction.
