Valkyrie
Oh brilliant news. My brother's old cat (who always lived with mum ) did exactly the same - she was about 18. She kept forgetting what she was doing. When she started forgetting to wash herself, wee in the places where the litter tray wasn't and not jump on mum's lap for cuddles, walk like she was drunk, she was taken to the vet. She said that it was neurological and the best thing was to be PTS. Sad, but she had that "vacant" expression and from that moment we realised she wasn't the cat that we knew. So I am really pleased that your cat has recovered.
