Had a really fab time, stayed in some lovely places and saw more snow than I've ever seen before. I didn't get any sleep the night we left, and then I was slightly ill at the airport, got myself a little worked up me thinks. All was fine though and the kids were fantastic. Oliver fell asleep as soon as he got on the plane. Here's some bee hives covered in snow Hubby took it on his iPhone then messed with it using a polaroid photo app. Some of them were painted really colourful colours. They were just up the road from the log cabin we stayed in on the last night. Someone (JJ?) needs to do me a round up of what's been happening, you've gone through about 20 pages since I went away. Er the last few pages that I have had to catch up on are about Ikea tables and rounded off nicely with Fred's pie - which I missed because someone was doing her assignments. Snowing here huuuuge flakes - again. I'm much better today thankies, Ibuprofen did the trick and apparently it also keeps Parkinson's Disease at bay, that's good then. In the night the shoulder and neck played up a bit, but at least I can breathe deeply rather than sticking to shallow intakes - and then having to yawn and go ouch. As far as the bum is concerned, it's the protective padding that worked well. Now I have only good words for cellulite and blubber. Now you can see why I don't do skating or skiing or anything that will involve balancing on slippery surfaces. Although I do think I could do the Bob Sleigh run seeing as it was only the greenhouse that stopped me while going down on my back feet first! Pooh I can do better than that - no toboggan required! I even finished Cinnamon's book - which although wasn't one I would choose and being terribly predictable and very light reading, it did make me laugh a lot - so I did enjoy it - and Murray told me off for laughing out loud when he had turned his light out and wanted to sleep (bonus notches then)!
