She is no better but no worse. Apparently she is aware of her surroundings and recognises people but is struggling to communicate very well she just answers yes to everything :roll: She was pleased to see my dad which is a first :shock:

 

They have run some tests and her cholesterol is a little high but not excessively so and should be easily treatable.

 

I have spoken to my dad I think he is struggling to accept that at least for a while my mum is going to be an invalid and he has to deal with it but I spoke to my aunt :(

 

The real biggie is going to be pursuading her to stop smoking :roll: She has quit before and then started again but with that and the cholesterol it feels like a disaster waiting to happen she is only 59 by the way :cry:
