munkee1965
I've notice this morning that a baby crow has fallen from its nest in my back garden. He's fully feathered and seems to be calling to Mum. Do I just leave him or is there anything I can do for him? Just abit worried about him in the hot weather.
Patricia W
Syringe some water into him, then take him to any vet. I had this with a baby pigeon and my vet ( who is the designated one for the RSPCA) took him/her off to St Tiggywinkles ( about 45 mins from us) and he/she is thriving. Olly
Best advice is to leave him where he is, and resist the temptation to step in - mum and dad will be looking out for him, and are more likely to come back if he's left alone. There's a really useful thread here written by Chucky Mama last year, I will bump it up as others are likely to come across these.
Patricia W
The one I found fell right out in the chickens area by the door of the cube - I'd found a dead one the day before which they'd found before me. Luckily I found this one before I let them all out or he'd have been another tasty mouthful in 2 seconds! Otherwise I quite agree about leaving them where they are. I think they had both been tipped out of the nest by the squirrels who also live up the tree in the chicken area
