Alis girls
Persuaded OH to sign on with me online. Have waded through recipes and pro points and much to my horror am 1 pro point over daily allowance. We are off to a friends for new year so checked the alcohol allowance as dont want my splurge till the weekend. Tommorrow it will be wall to wall veg n fruit till party time. In hindsight I should of waited till after new year, but its now or never. I will miss my biccie tonight - probably wont be able to sleep. OH wanted to know how much a quality street choc is point wise. And any ideas what to do with 2 Panettones? Replies on a postcard please. soapdragon
I admire you! At the moment I am doing 'weight not thinking about' Will have to face the music next Monday tho I weigh myself every Saturday but think I will skip this one and go for Monday and starve from there! Normally I only eat lunch but, this week have been having some supper too plus a few snacky things Have tried to keep up excercising though so am hopeful
Alis girls
Thanks Soapdragon. OH hasnt quite grasped the concept of it all. Last night whilst watching TV he said " whats for dinner tommorrow?" I can just about cope with one day at a time but he has been obsessed with food. We both need to lose and worried about giving my kids 2 old crocks to look after. As someone said on another thread they fear growing old in the UK and I do too. However I want to do what i can to keep healthy. I have done very little evercise over Chrinbo so will be glad to get back to work. The kids enjoy winding us up re the nil points soup whilst they have something delicious. Typing without my specs so excuse mistakes and Happy New Year one and alll. soapdragon
Well, you have clearly made a start and that's the most important thing! Good luck with the New Year! Equally, I know that once the boys are back at school and I an back in routine I can get back to where I should be, even if it takes a few weeks! Head down and....deep breath
