I think its been nearly 12 months Abigail is nearly 2 We only have 1 hen, we lost 1 last week, now we desperately need to get some more so that's an Easter holidays plan. redhotchick Posted April 10, 2016 Share Posted April 10, 2016 Hello, I popped on to say hello and saw this post at the top of the nesting box! It must be fate. I remain chickenless. I've had a difficult year, my aging parents require constant supervision. We manage it between us (siblings) with help from carers and daycare. I was unemployed for 8 months last year, in a way it was good to be able to spend more time with my mum and dad, but I couldn't afford not to be working! I am just getting round to sowing some herbs for the summer. I had a really vivid memory of the garden filled with the scent of coriander because Bella was jumping up to eat the seeds!
