We used to have a picture of our hens and their names underneath, but it was so expensive printing the photos off and no-one bothered to return the boxes so we stopped. Olly Posted August 20, 2015 Share Posted August 20, 2015 I do, but only because I have a hen that sleeps in the nestbox and sometimes the eggs are really dirty If there's just the odd smear of mud, I don't bother - I think it adds to the 'home grown' aspect!
