I have to wear them day and night for 3 months, and then at night only from then on. I am delighted with the result. I did Invisalign too got bottom teeth lovely and straight but retainer seemed to put pressure on old crown,ended up having to get implant there, then another tooth ended up a crown and it was end tooth. I didn’t like it under pressure in case I lost it as well so stopped retainer and two years later teeth have returned to original position so really wish I had put wire on.
