I find it helps to drink a lot (not alcohol!) take decongestants and use beconase nasal spray and no longer have problems flying. Hope this may help you.

Thank you, I don't drink alcohol and drink loads if water flying but forgot to buy my nasal spray before thus trip, they do work well, I am now on a steroid one which is beginning to work. Just shows the sprays do work.

I've just realised half term is at the end of next week

I've decided to do a cut off date like I did last time for people to join the swap - 31st October

Then I will tell everyone their swappees on 1st November

 

The last posting date for the Netherlands is 16th December so PLEASE could we all post our parcels by 11th December giving plenty of time for postal delays (and plenty of squidging time once the parcel has arrived)

That gives everyone at least 6 weeks to make something or get started now and finish it sooner

 

If you can't manage those dates PLEASE let me know as it is very difficult to know if the recipient is going to get their parcel in time.
