What breed of chicken? and how many of each?

Recommended Posts

Hi Gladys, I have chosen 1 mrs pepperpot and 2 gingernut and I think they are arriving friday 18th! I think the gingernuts sound as if they maybe more friendly cuddly and that the mrs pepperpot will be the bossy one- thats my guess but I could be wrong. We are in the midst of family discussions with regards to names so cannt say at present. How about you?

Eveneing Henny Penny Wow the 18th ! lucky you! it sounds like you've gone throught the same process as me! and yes we too are having the family discussions...thankfully we have until the 4th Feb as we are moving further away from any consensus....am regretting that I said to my daughter that she could have the final say...!! Where do you live?

Timmy I like the idea of Marmite...so you havent any eggs yet?

Liked Helga or maybe Marmite for PP...maybe Kim and Aggie for the GNR ? because we need them here!

Hi Gladys

Yes can't wait ':D') thought we had settled on Betty ,Dot and Marge when '15 year old totally not interested in chickens daughter', decided that she would have an input after all! well at least she has shown some interest.

We are based in Hampshire- I hear the weather your way hasnt been good today?

You are very clever adding your pictures extra at the bottom of your posting - must look to see how to do!

will let you know how we get on- it wont be long till yours arrive!

Hope you are going some where nice!

('')

Hi Henny Penny

I put the pictures on by 'view more emoticons' which is to the left of the box as you post a reply. I then looked at the message on preview and they come up as script. Then I copied them and pasted them onto the signature box on my profile...there is probably an easier way to do it!

I like your names, yes teenage daughters do complicate things! but Im also trying to involve mine and hope that she takes an interest!

Yes bad weather here again with some flooding...everyone here is flood phobic after July...so most went home early....

So only a week until yours arrive?! You must keep me posted so I at least know what to expect myself!

We're off to Italy skiing for the weekend 26/7 and then because of work commitments I couldnt fit in with deliveries until the 4th.

Cheers

Gladys

Hi Gladys

Enjoy the skiing. Im getting excited but also a little scared. The cat wont know what has hit him. We have a large male ginger who is very placid except when hunting. I just hope the girls will keep him in his place!

Still lots of reading to do ,hemcore etc to sort

I will post some photos when they arrive

I will look forward to seeing your photos too!
