LIttle help with a software snafu on my Omlet door?

Hi - I'm hoping someone might have some advice. 

I've had an Omlet door for my (wooden) coop for about 3 years. It's been great. However, more recently it has begun to do something strange. (I would say it happens with cold weather): The numbers on the readout of the control device now make no sense.

For instance, for "time closing" it now reads "28." And for "time opening,"  it now reads "7." But it doesn't open at 7 a.m.

I hit the "factory reset" option but that didn't fix the problem. I also changed out the battieres but that didnt help, either. 

The problem, of course, is now I can't change the time accurately when the door will open or close -- and I need to do that.

Any advice how to rectify this? I can't wait for warmer weather for it possibly to right itself; I live in the mountains and winter has arrived. Thank you. - Chris
