Hi everyone,  

we have 6 lovely ladies in a Eglu cube with an attached 4m run, we have also fenced off around 25m squared of our garden to allow them to roam.
Can anyone offer any advice has to what can be done with regards to the smell from all this poop they produce? We are clearing it up every few days and more frequently when there’s excessive amounts.

We used to collect ours up every day using a 'foyer' dustpan and brush, which are those with a long handle so you don't have to bend down. The poo went on the compost heap. Leaving it on the ground means it gets trodden on and can't be picked up which makes the smell worse. But unfortunately there will be some smell, which is something you just get used to. When put on a compost heap it needs to be covered with grass cuttings as soon as possible, otherwise that will smell.
