Auto food stuck in Sleep Mode

I’ve had the auto door for the go up Eglu for a few days now and so far it’s consistently one problem after another. Firstly the battery draining, gone through 4 sets of batteries and now the until had gone to sleep. It’s stuck in power saving mode for the next 24 hours according to the app. Has anyone else experienced this?
