If you are within their van delivery area and order your chickens from Omlet (they offer sturdy hybrids: Gingernut Rangers and Miss Pepperpots), the Omlet man will not only bring your Cube amd put it together for you, but also show you how to hold your chickens and how to clip their wings (you won't have to do this again until after they moult).

Seeing the Cube put together will give you a real appreciation of its design and engineering. The Omlet chap will also be advising you on many aspects of hen keeping as he's working. If you have read around in this forum, you will already know most of them but it's reassuring to have them repeated all lthe same.

If you want pure breeds, they will probably be more expensive but of course there is a fascinating range to chose from.

I love my Cube and my Omlet hens! :D
