ruth1 Posted July 30, 2008 Share Posted July 30, 2008 Then a couple of days ago I made the mistake of thinking how well everything was going with the chooks since they arrived,(okay apart from Ellas bumblefoot) introductions have went well and they all get along fine Big Mistake So Today when i heard a bit of squawking I went down and there they all were playing lets pluck Ella, so now the poor girl has a bald back as well as dodgy feet. So a while later smelling of tea tree and sporting a rather unfetching purple back she returned to the fold, However the others werent having the purple chicken in their gang even if she did match the cube. So Ella has taken up residence in her holiday home in the shed for a few days ( I hope) So Lesson Learnt - I shall Never think how well things are going Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
