Guest Posted September 18, 2008 Share Posted September 18, 2008 I don't know how to send a telegram but I guess its the same way you always do it - going to the ship shouldn't make any difference. You can send an email direct to her cabin easily but I guess that's not the same! Also email in the cabin costs a LOT more than email on the wireless or in the cyber cafe. No idea why.
