just saw this and thought it may be of interest ........Just to let everyone know especially on the run up to Xmas that if you have anything on order from Tesco entertainment ie books, dvds games etc that their supplier has gone into administration, I was told by Tesco this morning that they cannot guarantee anything to be delivered before Xmas and the customer advisor said "If I were you I'd get it somewhere else!" Not very promising is it? Anyway please check your orders and don't take any nonsense.

 

 

i think its all connected to woolies problems and other shops may be having troubles too (whsmith , what was virgin and some others)

wouldn't want to be on the other end of those phone lines, it's not the staff's fault but I bet they're going to be in for a load of grief. I loathe tesco and everything it stands for but I feel sorry for the cust svc staff, having to deal with this
