I know I should be looking at the rescue centers but we are keen to have a young rabbit. Does any one know of a good breeder in the Leicestershire area. bigmommasally Posted January 12, 2009 Share Posted January 12, 2009 Sorry can't help you re breeders but just wanted to say don't rule out rescue centre even for a baby bun as they often have bunnies come in pregenant and have to find homes for the babies. SnowWhite Posted January 13, 2009 Share Posted January 13, 2009 You should find that all rescue centres have rabbits of all ages. My girl was a rescue as a baby. Pregnant females are pften given up for adoption. Have you thought about getting a male - female pair? rabbits are really sociable and can get very lonely. a pair ean be totally devoted to each other and wonderful to watch.
