likeastar--x
how exciting that sounds like an okay space for them, yes. ive never introduced such a large group to an already established pecking order, but my personal philosophy is chuck them in and let them get on with it. any severe bullying should be prevented (i.e. deliberate isolation of one chicken, deliberate wounds or bleeding wounds), but they will peck each other and sort it out between them. the most important thing is to give them enough space to run away from any bullying, and a place to hide. the new girls should stick together and 'buddy up' so they should be okay, but i would wait for another member whos had a similar experience to give their advice do they have enough room to roost together? most normal coops do not provide roosting bars large enough for 14 chickens, so you may need to work this out.
