just wondering before we buy some, how much do you use per month and how long does that last you?

I have a wooden ark and I spray it thoroughly with Poultry Shield every week. I use about 1/2 litre of diluted mixture each time (10%). One litre of undiluted Poultry Shield makes 10 litres of mixture so this will last me for 40 weeks.

 

I have used about 3kilos of diatom in the last 18 months. But I only use it to sprinkled on the floor and not on the chickens or for anything else.

 

I'm sure others will have a different answer.
