bridgy chooks Posted July 18, 2010 Share Posted July 18, 2010 Hi Has anyone got a welsummer and if so, roughly what age did she start laying? Ours is still being really scatty and just generally isn't very mature - isn't very pink or red, doesn't have a properly developed comb or wattles yet. She is 24 weeks but I'm thinking we still have a long while to wait! She seems v healthy though. I'm wondering if welsummers are slow 'developers' Our legbar is 2 weeks younger and seems much more developed and is of a calmer nature.
