New hens not going into Eglu Go Up

Hi

We have had Lucy our hen since November, but yesterday we noticed she had a bit of a dirty bottom She seemed happy enough though she has been looking a bit tatty lately, but we think she and her 2 friends are moulting. Today she has been out in the garden all day, but her bottom is still dirty and she keeps "flopping" and sitting down. She gets up for food and her combe is red and upright. Her 2 hen friends seem fine. What should we do? Kids very worried!

Yes she has laid this morning. She is up again now walking about in the sun!

Lucy is up and about this morning but still not looking great We cleaned her up yesterday but she again has a very dirty bottom. Seems to be kind of white or creamish dirt? Any ideas would be much appriciated.

Symptoms are a bit non specific, I would be inclined to pop her to the vet. Typically things tend to go wrong over the weekend so the sooner the better whilst vets fees are non emergency

Thanks for that. I have rung the place I bought her from in November and they have sorted out some medicines and a wormer for me, to try and give her a boost. She has laid again this morning and perked up again!! All very odd.
