lesleysprite Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 Hi I have a Barnevelder chick -hatched out Friday afternoon (over 24 hours since it pipped, it had a hard time as was breach but made it eventually). Both eyes were open at first but a few hours after it hatched one eye closed and is still closed, no obvious weeping, otherwise it seemed ok, though now I think it is becoming less active, spending more time lying under the heat.
