Hi all!

 

Got my beehaus this time last year, currently have 10 frames on one side with brood and stores. 2 super boxes above (ie one layer) with uncapped honey in about 6 of the 12 super frames.

 

Problem... The leg under the colony side is splaying outwards! When you look side on, it's clear that the leg has moved outwards. Totally unacceptable, and I have written to

Omlet for a solution. I hate to think if I had 8 super boxes on and say, 15 frames.

 

Will keep you updated. To say I am dissapointed is an understatement.

I was sure that I had seen this mentioned before on the forum but all I could find when I did a quick search was This Maybe someone else will have more information. I think it's worth contacting Omlet direct for advice.
