Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi

 

I have a Gingernut that for the past 12 months has been laying soft shelled eggs. Tail feathers are also dirty and often has a runny bum. She has been wormed and is in good health. Feathers and comb are both bright.

 

She has been known to eat her egss which I think started when the soft shell problem began. Any help or advice would be very welcome.

how old is she? that breed normally stop laying about 3 years old. Also try giving her oyster shell grit, that will help her with making the shell of her eggs.
