kittyl Posted May 28, 2011 Share Posted May 28, 2011 I want to let Bibble take her chicks into the big run soon (their little run is inside it) The big girls freerange so can do without it once their coop is moved outside. But a family of blackbirds has taken to going in there & nicking the big hens' food. The run is on earth with a few weeds, great for dustbaths but not good for cleaning. Whats the best thing I can shake around, perhaps rake into the earth to protect the chicks for anything the wild birds & the big girls may have brought in?
