Half an egg one day, other half and lash the next!

Well this one is new to me - Daisy our columbine laid half an egg on the roosting bars. It looked just like someone had taken the top off a perfectly good egg and chucked it in the poo tray, so I was baffled where the other half had gone. The following day, she laid what was clearly the other half, with another yolk and white, and a lash :vom: ! Reading up on lash some seem to say that's it she'll never lay again, whilst others say she will in time but given that she was laying lovely eggs up until that I have no idea what to expect! Any ideas?? She's looking a bit sorry for herself at the minute but dustbathing and scratching around, and as far as I can tell, eating and drinking ok. There has been nothing from her since but it's only been a few days :think:
