Bundt Cake tin - recipe suggestions?

I have just bought a gorgeous Gingerbread House Bundt cake tin :D , but the thought of a madeira type cake with no filling seems quite unappealing.

 

I would really like the cake to taste as good as it will hopefully look. Does anyone have a recipe for a lovely moist sponge that doesnt need a filling? Would love a moist coffee cake recipe if anyone has one or any other suggestions??

 

All help muchly appreciated!
