Lynn
Hi, I haven't posted for a little while and of course am doing so now as I have a potential problem!! For the last year and a bit I have had just two quail and today when I checked on them one seems a little funny - she's eating but not moving about much and I suspect she is not long for this world. I don't really want to get more quail at this moment in time but what do I do with just one quail? Do you think she will be okay on her own or should I try and rehome her, although I don't know who would want an old girl - I think these girls are around 3yrs old. Any suggestions very welcome. Happy New Year. Lynn
sharon1
Hi, you might be alright just having the one. I had to separate one of my quail as she was viciously attacking one of the others, she is now in a rabbit hutch quite happy with her surroundings and has been for the past month. As long as she has got things to hide in and jump over she should be okay.
