Hens have sniffles

My hens appear to have runny noses. No other symptoms, active, feathers ok, eating ok and laying eggs. They are young about 25 weeks old. They also keep flicking their heads which could be them trying to clear out mucous and wiping their beaks on the grass. I have started dosing their water with apple cider vinegar. Any other suggestions - should I be concerned?
