Sporadic sneezing and apparent nasal congestion

Barbara, one of my hybrids, over the past few weeks has randomly been sneezing and appears to have some nasal congestion. However, there appears to be no rhyme or reason to this as she won't be like it all day - it can change throughout the day and she can be clear for a few days or so, then the sneezing returns. In herself she appears absolutely fine. She is eating well, bossing the others about and laying. I did make an appointment with the local chicken vet but cancelled it as she seemed well again.

Has anyone any thoughts?
