stu Posted August 3, 2012 Share Posted August 3, 2012 I don't know what I'm doing differently that may cause this, but I'm not sure it's a good thing? The hens are four in number, hybrid red, and a couple of months maybe past point of lay now. They get layers pellets, and some treats. I usually get 3-4 eggs every morning, but now am getting two bigger ones, sometimes with what I would call a normal sized one. The hens seem okay in themselves, very perky and active. They all come out into the garden when allowed, and come whizzing back, when called. Not sure. Anyone else have this happen?
