ZoPekin Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 Hi all... I rehomed 6 chickens last week, 3 Araucana 1 Maran x and 2 sussex x. I had 2 eggs at the beginning of the week (one from the maran x and one from the sussex x ) But I was wondering when they might start laying regularly? I have only bought up chicks from 4 weeks and they r laying now but thought as these are older (I was told between 6-12months) they would be laying more. They r eating and drinking, I use ACV in the water and they free range in the day with my other hens....
