Kitten Posted November 27, 2013 Share Posted November 27, 2013 My quail chicks are 7.5 weeks old, they have been outside since they were 4 weeks old. No eggs yet is that normal for this time of year will I see any before spring? I've tried vent sexing but without any luck. I have 13 quails - I know 8 are girls due to their spots and I know 3 are boys but two are very dark and I can't yet tell. When will be boys start crowing, no noises yet at all?
