Couperwife Posted February 9, 2008 Share Posted February 9, 2008 we have a shop in the north East called Boyes, its a sort of hardware / sells everything store only problem is that as its a big chain, all little wool shops are getting pushed out so - why spend more when you can get it cheaper I would love a wool shop / cross stitch shop, but I would only have one when I won the lottery so it wouldnt matter if I made any money or not I could just enjoy buying lovely yarn cathy x Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My brother once bet me 50p ( - well it was the early 70s) I couldn't knit him a 6ft blue & white stripy scarf in 6 months.
