Can someone here clarify if it's allowed to set up a 3x4 meter, 2-meter-high cat enclosure in a garden in Niedersachsen? Considering that regulations in Germany are often very strict, I’d also like to know if there are specific rules for private single-family home properties with enough boundary distance.
