Cocci? In answer otherwise healthy hen

We have a walk in run and cover, but we are finding with rain the water pours down the frame causing flooding in the run. As the top cover clips to the sides we can’t even put something under so the water flows away from the frame. The chickens are paddling at the moment. Any suggestions welcome

You need to treat the Omlet cover as simply a sunshade (which is very necessary) and put a second cover over the top. A  tarp that covers the run and stretches out at the sides, anchored to the ground with tent pegs is going to solve the problem. If it is long enough it can be anchored with bricks, but make sure it is secure enough for wind (obviously).
