White Khaki Cambells stopped laying and won't restart

We have three white KCs about 2-3 years old. They layed fine every day up to about August and then stopped and started moulting. This we expected but they have finished moulting and not restarted laying. Furthermore they just sit in their run all day, lathargic. Before, they used to dash out in the morning and spend the day grazing and foraging. Any advice welcome.
