It has a rain proof area and I also have extra accessories like a little water resistant shelter for the catio and outdoor litter tray. My beloved Bengal cat is no longer with me 💔 so I'm selling the above. I paid full price just over a year ago. I am based in St Albans (18 miles from London) and selling for £500 (all the stuff is worth almost double).
