Omlet Eglu Auto Door and Light

My door is now stuck in low power mode for 24 hours randomly in the middle the day. I can’t access the console or app at all, anyone else had this issue?

I think you need to take the whole thing out and go back to a manual door. Then send it back to Omlet for a refund. There are so many posts about faulty electronic doors and this probably doesn't scratch the surface of how many are failing. They are simply not fit to be sold.
