Omlet cube and run

Hi everyone hope someone can help me 

we have 8 buff Orpington’s, never sure who lays and who doesn’t had a couple go broody. 

I’ve noticed one she has very little in the way of wattle and comb she seems quite lethargic I’ve seen her close one or both eyes while stood up, almost like she’s having a nap  

She doesn’t seem quite right she does mix with the others and seems to be eating and drinking ok but not 100% sure. 
No sign of lice in any of them, using omelet coop, no straw or sawdust only sand for the under drawers. 

The floor of the run is pea gravel and they have a sand / grit sand dust paddling pool. Fresh water and feeding them on 50/50 mix of layers pellets and mixed corn, with a cauliflower / broccoli / sweetcorn treats weekly 

Anyone any suggestions as to what might be wrong with her or what to do with her.
