Kalgsd
Purchased a smart feeder for my birds. Right from the beginning, there were issues with the smart feeder. If you put the feeder in Bluetooth mode which I have to do because my Wi-Fi signal to the feeder is not strong. I suggest that’s the case for a lot of users it does not show the battery level. I’ve been told by Support to reset the feeder. This is an arduous task as you have to empty the feed out to get the reset button it’s the same if you want to change the batteries. Not a particularly good design when the feeder works I think it’s really good and my birds have taken to it. Well the only worrying issue is that if I can’t get it onto Bluetooth, I will deplete the batteries very quickly. In fact, they’ve gone down 20% in less than two weeks because it’s searching for Wi-Fi all the time. Support has been slow and painful several days between support coming back and often saying the same things. I’m a long-term user of Omlet products and I have two auto doors so I’m used to the technology, but this feeder has its issues. They’ve told me they’re waiting for their technical department to try and find a fix for this.
