Alastair Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 I just adopted two 8 year old japenese chins. About 7 yrs ago my Grohendahl dog died. (Bigdog). Still in my heart. I did not want to go through that kind of loss again. But then a month ago. An old man dying in hospice needed someone to take on his dogs. Both myself and my wife agreed ti look after tjem for a trial period. Hinestly I have never turned any dog away over the years. But tjis was new territory. Small dogs we have never had. Anyway after 3 days we decided to keep tjem and sighned neccesary contracts at end of week. Since then we have been googling everything we can find on Japanese chins. Now I joined omlet since they show a good desvription of one. Especialy about the cat behavour. We used to own cats si were all to familiar with them.
