kaylis1980 Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 ok so when i go to the farm shop they have 3 trays of eggs sorted into medium, large and JUMBO this works out good for me as i seem to use an awful lot of eggs in recipes, that might call for "one large egg", so my question.... by weight, how will i know the size?? like with making a cake and such woud be important to get the right mix.... i would appreciate any answers xx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
